The offer can be availed from Frank Salt Real Estate clients who sell and purchase another property through the agency within a period of 12 months. The incentives are valid for promise of sale (konvenji) agreements entered into by the 31st of December 2023, given that the final contract is signed by the 31st July 2024.
€500 CASHBACK TOWARDS YOUR NOTARY FEES
The offer can be availed from by Frank Salt Real Estate clients who sell and purchase another property through the agency within a period of 12 months.
Upon signing of the two property contracts, Frank Salt Real Estate will issue a €500 payment to the notary of choice of the client.
The offer is only valid for purchase and sale of residential property and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or any form of service fee reduction provided by Frank Salt Real Estate.
FREE ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
Property owners selling a property must ensure that when selling their property an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is drawn up and passed on to the buyer when signing the promise of sale agreement.
- Through this offer, SherMax Properties Real Estate will cover the cost of the EPC of the property being sold by the client (up to a value of €250, inclusive of BRO admin fee).
- For the offer to be valid, the Energy Performance Certificate will need to be drawn by an Energy Performance of Buildings (EPB) assessor recommended by Frank Salt Real Estate.
- Should the client sell their property before they buy, a refund of the fee payable for the procurement of the EPC will be provided upon the successful completion of the second property transaction.
- Should the client purchase a new property and then buy, Frank Salt Real Estate will settle payment directly to the assessor.
- Should the client already have a valid EPC certificate for the property being sold, no equivalent compensation will be applicable.
